Healthy Ways To A Longer Life

Dr. David Davies from the Gerontological Unit of the University College of London, has some tips on how to live longer and become young and healthy in our modern times. Dr. Davies spent two years studies on the life style and genetic make-up of the people of Vilcabamba, Ecuador who are one of the longest living group of persons in the world. Here's his tips for our health habits:
1. Eat right. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for they contain all the body supplements that are needed by our body and they help us to become young, healthy, and with natural beauty.
2. Eat as little meat as possible for meat is the cause of some diseases that affect our body.
3. Eat as little processed food as possible for their are chemicals that are not good for our body.
4. Get plenty of natural sleep and fresh air.
5. Avoid all forms of stress or at least learn to cope with stress if unavoidable.
6. Walk at least 1 kilometer a day as walking is the best form of exercise, the longer the distance, the better.
7. Have a positive outlook in life. Enjoy yourself to the fullest.
8. Using a cellphone is not good for the body as it can cause deafness and blindness due to the radiation that is absorbed by the body.
9. Have a recreation that will hone your mental ability.
